Andrew and his entire team were creative in updating our putting green as our first one thru them lasted 17 years! He kept us informed throughout the process and was able to fit us in between jobs. They are all nice, flexible, thoughtful and the install crew did a fabulous job too and meticulous, which was appreciated. Thanks so much as we look forward to our next 17 years on this green.

Backstory: I’ve been trying to baby grass inside our pool fence for So. Many. Years! (I want to say 17 years). 🙁 I was so fed up with it! We got a rough estimate from another company in the spring and their price was 13 TO TWENTY TWO thousand. I even told the guy "wow, that's a huge spread, isn't it?" So I thought I'd just have to live with nasty grass forever. But our friend got her backyard done for their dogs and she loved it so she sent us the info for SYNLawn. I thought "it doesn't hurt to ask, right?" Enter Andrew with SYNLawn. 🙂 Several things really stood out to me during this entire process. 1) Andrew never made us feel pressured. He was the perfect balance between helpful/informative and let-the-product-speak-for-itself. He happily answered every single question I had even knowing that we might not do astroturf at all. Very professional but also very patient and kind. He was just wonderful to work with. 2) Eduardo and his team did an A.Ma.Zing job in so many ways! Obviously installing the turf (see photos) but also in taking great care and consideration of our space… putting down tarps and boards to protect the concrete and landscaping, tidying up every day before they left, even making my ornamental grasses “transplantable” instead of just yanking them out! I was so impressed and thankful. And he made sure he was putting the turf in exactly the spots I wanted and at the angles I wanted. They did a great job. 3) THE TURF OF COURSE. Oh my word I wake up every morning now and look out my kitchen window and… ahhhhh! It looks SO GOOOOOD!!!! and COMPLETELY natural!! (we chose SYNNatural 55) It’s literally the same green as the leaves on the trees and all the surrounding greenery. It’s just beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with our choice. (also sidetone: we’ve had multiple people come over and they didn’t even know we had astroturf… they thought it was real grass! And that is EXACTLY what I was hoping for!) I very highly recommend SYNLawn! Especially if you have a pool. I just don’t think natural grass can keep up with the pool chemicals (chlorine OR salt) dripping off of the humans who are enjoying the pool. If you’re thinking of installing a pool you might want to consider making a line in the budget for turf from SYNLawn. I wish we’d done it years ago! We recently used SynLawn for a residential project. Andrew was friendly and informative about options and pricing and made communication prior to and during the project available to us. The install crew worked efficiently and meticulously to install the product with care and attention to detail. Our yard looks great and our dogs are loving it!

Jeff and Joni went above and beyond. Our turf has been wonderful for our backyard. We have had it 3 years and it looks brand new. It is perfect for our two young girls and dog. I highly recommend working with synlawn. They will take great care of you!

Not paid for this review in any way. SYNLawn does turf installs on numerous homes in the area. Accordingly, I contacted them for a job. I sketched it out and they created a drawing and quote. I have done some construction work in my younger life and it was easy to tell that the workmen, and women, performed their job with care and expertise. Not only does the final look exceed my expectations, but I also know the foundation underneath was well done also. I recommend them.

Andrew was great throughout the entire process! We went with SYNLawn because of him. We were going to go with a competitor because they were a little cheaper. Andrew quickly provided another quote with a different turf type matching the competitor. However, we ended up going with the original, superior product Andrew quoted because he hustled and his high-level of communication gave us confidence that the company was going to do a good job, which they did! The installers paid attention to detail, worked hard and cleaned up our backyard after the job was done. The SYNLawn people and product were worth the price!

Well worth the wait. We contracted for our courtyard landscape project in late April and installation was completed in July. Andrew was fantastic to work with and constantly kept us informed along the journey. The combination of turf, river rock and mulch turned our dream into reality. We highly recommend engaging with SYNLawn, but recommend you start early if you have a certain timeline in mind.

Great experience doing a DIY job with Synlawn Ohio Valley. Worked with Nick who helped plan the job and arrange everything for pick-up. The staff at the office were great and loaded up the turf and supplies. They even lent me the staple gun to tack down our Pet Premium turf. Completed the 10 by 12 foot job in 1 1/2 days. Looks great and the dogs love it!
